This symposium and workshop was hosted by the Kaihongtang Art Center (Yixing) and the International Ceramic Artists Association (Zibo). The event was held from April 18 to April 29 in Yixing, China – famous for its unglazed ceramic teapots. Artists from China and around the world worked with several Yixing clays. One for making our own style work and the special purple sand clay for hand-built teapots.
